ICOS currently has one FÁS Work Placement opportunity. There are no current paid vacancies with ICOS.

FÁS Work Placement opportunity (WPP1-600988)

Participant will gain experience in :

Developing and implementing ICOS’ communications plan
Developing and updating ICOS’ on-line presence including website and social media
Use of media monitoring tools
Design and development of materials both print and digital
Research and writing case studies and articles
General office duties including reception and telephone, photocopying etc.

Person specification:

Excellent written and oral communication skills with fluent English
Good team worker who can fit in small office environment but who can also work on own initiative
High degree of computer literacy including familiarity with website maintenance via a Content Management System
Good data entry skills and a basic familiarity with databases
An award of Level 7 on the NFQ preferably in media / communications area
An interest in international and intercultural issues
