Listening To International Students - Forum and Survey

The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) and the Irish Council for International Students (ICOS) hosted a forum entitled “Listening to International Students” in central Dublin on Tuesday, 15th November.
The event provided a platform for students from a variety of countries and colleges to come together to discuss issues of importance to their studies and overall experience in Ireland. It was also also an opportunity for The City of Dublin to welcome international students to the capital and to communicate the value that is placed on their presence here. A reception and raffle sponsored by Education in Ireland closed the night.
A similar event will be held in Cork in 2012.
To ensure the maximum number of voices were heard, ICOS and USI also conducted a survey that we invited international students to complete. This survey is now closed.
